After you put some ISOPROPANOL on the logic board to clean an area how long would want to wait before connecting the battery again and powering up the phone??

I be thinking it could cause damage if still wet on the board

    Any feedback please

99% should dry off really quickly. You can use compress air to accelerate that.
The isopropanol (99%) should not have any conductive material in it (As far as I know), and should be safe to power the device pretty much as soon as it evaporates ( A few seconds to a minute). I've never had a problem caused by it in the past 5 years.

You can put a whole phone in pure isopropanol and turn it on if you like as it's not conductive. If it's been in an ultrasonic cleaner first though and then into isopropanol to drive out the water il give it a quick blast on each side with hot air to dry it out (just hot enough to evaporate the isopropanol, not to cook the board), then plug it in. Some people bake their boards afterwards, but it's not really required as isopropanol evaporates on its own. E.g I use it every day and il pour a bit into a Chinese takeaway box, you can guarantee however much I pour in it'll be gone the next day.
