What is the rest of the history of the device? It was booting from this same dc power supply and dock connector before you put heat to remove sage and cumulus? Then you put heat on sage/cumulus and now the phone is at 0mA before prompt to boot and at prompt to boot it goes from 0.1 to 0.34 A (not mA, you mean A--correct? 0.10 mA is 0.0001A on your DCPS which I doubt you could even measure)

This sounds like it can only be a side effect of heat from removing cumulus and sage---so flip the board, where do you see signs of heat? What underfilled chips were overheated?

I removed as much underfil on them 2 chips as I could, they come off pretty fast.
but I do agree, and yes audio ic no doub has a short under it.
      and c141 is burnt out.

Anything iPhone 5 related I try and just grind the chips off as you can then use a lower leaded solder temp to solder back. This way there isn't any chance of shooting a ball.
