iphone 5s only boot with dc power suply

just got new iphone 5s no charge no boot
remove the motherboard connect a good charging port connect to power supply, connect charging cable and that open
i disconnect the charging port and its stay open, reconnect and disconnect the dcps its alwas open
if a connect some battery and try do make it boot nothing happen

someone have ever see that
