iphone 6+ partial bad touch after ic remplacement

Hi
i just try to repair my first touch ic trouble on iphone 6+
i replace meson and cumulus
now touch work except for some letter in keyboard,
the phone was reset and when i try to write the wifi network code there is some letter not working
"r","f","x"
i not able to make the wifi code and test more

i try with 4 different screen and its al the same
there a change i move sometime that make the touch dont work in some part of the screen ....

I do only meson , and always works i have never touch cumulus, I would suggest reball both, but check first and don’t forget M1 Jumper on meson. Touch ic is tricky specially if you left a cold or bridged solder .

Different letters on the keyboard is going to be meson. Try putting a big dump of flux on it and then tap it very gently a few times on the side so it moves 1mm max. If that doesn't work try another ic or reball that one. It's also possible one of the pads is disconnected. Also make sure you've done the jumpers.

Good good glad it sorted it . I always give a chip a couple of taps when finished as confirms all balls are molten and also confirms it's actually on the pads and helps seat the balls to the pads if they arnt quite lined up, for example if you've not cleaned off all the underfill totally etc.
