Let's question this line of thinking.
1. Audio ic is on the opposite side of backlight driver and has no underfill. Because there is no underfill, it can't be bothered by heat. This could not be the problem.
2. Even if for some reason you suspected audio ic, you would not reball it. You would remove it. Do not add heat and add variables to the problem. You don't need audio ic until this phone can boot again. Solve the not booting problem first without adding the extra variable of audio ic reballing and another heat cycle on the logic board.

Yes I did when I removed and tested still it in recovery mode, I think some data line is sort but which is not understanding I am thinking maybe need to check U3300 ic that get heated coz this ic near backlight ic hope this help this is first time I am having problem

This is about weighing options to pursue the most likely causes without adding new variables as we go.
For a phone in recovery mode that was previously okay, the most likely cause is software corruption. We know that data lines under backlight driver can cause data corruption if they are bridged together.
The first step would be to remove the backlight driver ic to eliminate that variable, and the next step is to kick the phone out of recovery mode using ReiBoot. If it boot loops or re-enters recovery mode after that, then try update/restore.
I would look for signs of heat around the logic board, but I would not do any other microsoldering procedures until the above steps are done.
