Samsung tab 2 p5100 charging issue

I don't think you'll be able to find a schematic for this model and in general people don't put a lot of time into these problems because the value of the device doesn't support open ended repair. Give the board a good physical exam under the microscope checking for liquid damage or burned components. After that your best bet is known good parts-/not just new, but parts you know work on another device. it is more likely that you have charge port failure than battery failure and in general new batteries are not as good as native batteries.👍 2Leave a comment:

Have you tried another charger and cable ?, as I see many people have had this problem online and the majority that are solved seem to be cable related.Leave a comment:

It wouldn' charge.
was only drawing. 25 to .35 amps
At the moment it does charge, just super slow.
like 30 percent over 24 hours.Leave a comment:

Hi Biggtechman,
You mentioned the tablet came to you for battery replacement, why was that?
Was it not holding a charge, or was it not charging well prior to replacing the battery?
