Not sure if I can source part of if it is even feasible to fix

Ipad mini 4 no wifi/bluetooth *greyed out

Cellular service works fine

Any known issues with this other than the chip going out?

Greyed wifi is always the chip or power to the chip.

Do you know where I could source another chip?
