Ok so i've come across this issue a far too many times now for it not to be a common problem. So thought i'd ask about it here to see if anyone has any thoughts.
I'm seeing a lot of iPad Pro 10.5's where the screen is damaged, the housing is a bit bent so we go ahead and put a new screen on there and re straighten the housing back out give it back to the customer then 1 or 2 months later they bring it back with this problem where the ipad keeps rebooting itself randomly. I've tried factory resetting these, tried reloading the software through itunes but nothing makes a difference.
Is this something anyone here has seen before - is there some common signature board or component failure on the iPad Pro 10.5 which is consistent with bent housings?
